I just want to practice bodyboarding. I’m a noob. What is the minimum conditions I need to do that?

That sucks. Well, bodyboarding sucks too. Talk about boring. Try boggieboarding, it doesn’t talk too much effect (at least to me) and its way more fun. Just get a rashguard cause it will rub your chest raw.

With wave that low, the waves probably don’t break til its real close to the shore which means you can’t ride long unless you like rubbing against sand.

    Dub D as in D’bag, a boogie board is a body board, its just the name Morey gave plastic foam body boards. You know sponges, spngers.

    you can body board in those conditions, wave reports are not that accurate, so if it says 2-3 poor it could be better or worse. but if the wave report says 2-3 very poor yea body boarding would be fine. Oh, and there is a difference between boogie boarding and body boarding.
